Nanjing Putian has a technical R&D center with advanced equipment and skillful staff, also it has a powerful manufacture capacity, company has it’s own Machining Center and Electronic Processing Center. All departments have all kinds of special technicians, with new equipments and improved technology.

Now the center is trying to become a national R&D Center. The Machining Center owns advanced machines imported from America. Italy, England and Switzerland and is capable of accomplishing comprehensive tasks such as surface processing and injection molding for frames and modules. The main equipments are: Digital Control Turret Punch from Italy, High-speed Processing Center in Rodus from German, Static Powder Spraying Assembly Line from England, and Linear Cutting Machine Tool from Switzerland.

The Electronic Center owns first class equipment, experienced SMT engineers and technicians and a set of proved quality control system. Main equipments are: Loop Assembly line, Electrovert Wave Crest Soldering Machine from America and SMT line from Panasonic Japan.
